movienight is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or later. The source code is available on sourcehut. Contributions are always welcome!

The initial scaffolding for this project was heavily inspired by the codebase of pronouns.cc, also available under the AGPL.

movienight uses The Movie Database for fetching metadata about movies.

Financial support

Web services cost money to run. I enjoy running services for free, but I am also a university student who needs money to live. If you have the money to spare, donations on Liberapay would be greatly appreciated.
